Cut-off time for this service is 3:00pm to allow for pick-up and delivery by 5:00pm.

Rush Service

3 Hours

Cut-off time for this service is 2:00pm to allow for pick-up and delivery by 5:00pm.

Regular Service

Up to 5 Hours

Cut-off time for this service is 12:00 noon to allow for pick-up and delivery by 5:00pm

Same Day Service GTA

Cut-off time for this service is 11:00am and all deliveries must be ready for pick-up no later than 11:00am for delivery by 5:00pm.

Overnight Service GTA

Cut-off time for this service is 2:00pm. Packages are picked up either the same day or the following morning and delivered by 5:00pm the next day in the GTA.

Emergency Service

Call within our regular business hours for pick-up within 30 minutes and delivery non-stop to destination. This service will be charged one and a half times (1.5) the applicable direct rate. This service is available only upon request.

Pick-up Attempt

If a delivery is placed and not available for pick-up, the applicable rate will be charged.

Vans and Wagon 

Vans $20.00 (approx. 8+ boxes depending on weight and size). Wagons $15.00 (approx. 4+ boxes depending on weight and size). Full vans will be charged Rush Rate. The first 10 minutes of waiting time is free, after which, standard waiting time charges will apply.

Re-route Packages & Re-Delivery

Applicable rates will apply.
 

Weight/Extra Pieces

There is no charge for weight up to 20lbs per piece, After 20lbs a $0.10 per lb. surcharge will apply. All services include 1 piece free with a surcharge of $1.25 per piece thereafter. The greater of weight or pieces will be charged on all shipments.

Waiting Time

The first 5 minutes is free of charge. Thereafter a $10.00 surcharge for each 15 minute interval will apply.

Hours Of Operation

Normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Nights, weekends and public holidays apply $25.00 additional to applicable direct service rate.
 

Fuel Charge

There will be a 15% fuel surcharge applied to your invoice.
